So I put this in painting because it really is mostly painting even though it is a combination of body art, photography, traditional oil painting and some digital manipulation.
So the full process is: Step 1: I painted on my friend Patrick Step 2: I photographed Patrick painted Step 3: I cropped and edited the photo Step 4: I printed the photo Step 5: I painted on the photo with oil paints Step 6: I scanned the photo and touched it up a little more to reestablish and intensify the colors. This process was inspired by the work of ~bogscraper I also have included in my scraps pictures of the initial process of painting on my friend Patrick taken by my friend Sam. I'm glad you like my experiment.
I never thought of trying that. I have done temp tattoos for my kids with Sharpee! That was really fun.

With the washable marker you need to be careful because it does smudge and I suspect on a hot sweaty day the ink would run. I had the suggestion of face paints and I looked into it and it seems they actually make paint just for bodies. It seems you can find it with theatrical makeup. I'm thinking of getting myself some as it really is a fun activity.
